It’s funny and I might be wrong, but somewhere I heard that this country was founded on the principle of NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION, and the current boss hogs occupying DC do not represent us AT ALL. They won’t even pay their own taxes – man, they want me to slave half the year and now more to pay for someone who pops babies out all day and does zero for society; often failing to properly instill the value of life. @scottieman2 The problem was then as now the government has “black” projects on the books that only a handful even knwo what goes on. Groom Lake and Dugway Proving Ground are likely two modern examples of Manhattan Project level projects than only the President and some of the joint Chiefs have details of what they are actually doing.

Congress was granted the power to impose an income tax, however
congress was never granted the broad power to impose such a tax on the vast majority of working americans.
The income tax is contractual for most of us.
